6th February: Telling Tales


 

 Word Spun kicks off a new year of bi-monthly storytelling nights with a night featuring favourite tales to mark National Storytelling Week. We will be celebrating our favourite tales & poetry with an open mic night with 6 × 10min slots up for grabs. We will also be joined by the wonderful shanty group The Silver Darlings whose great harmonies and infectious fun will delight your ears. Drop us a message if you would like a slot. Free entry to performers.


Venue: The Fisherman's Chapel, New Rd, Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 2EA


Time: 7.30pm for an 8pm start.

 

Entry is £5 with refreshments provided.
